The Foyer brings full service and design to your intimate wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Host your event for up to 125 guests in our fully designed space that’s flush with natural light and plants.
Because transparency and straight forward pricing is the first of many acts of service at The Foyer, below is an overview of all the things we’re guessing you’re looking for right now.

Investment
Here’s our current rates for 2027 wedding receptions and ceremonies at The Foyer. If your date is flexible, we have incentives for any remaining 2026 dates we think you might love! Inquire for more details including availability and rates for weekdays, holidays and 2028 weddings.
The costs below include your reception, ceremony, rehearsal, full coordination and your choice of dinnerware from our Modern Dinnerware Collection at no extra cost.

Highlights
We try and stick away from the nickel-and-dime game as much possible to avoid surprises and unexpected stress during your wedding planning. Below is an overview of some of the key things that are included with our venue rental. The rentals we do offer are typically things you would likely need to do through another vendor anyway, so it’s less of an extra expense and more of a convenient option to help get more done at once.
Included Coordination
Service should never be an add-on. Full-coordination is included with every wedding. This begins with a planning meeting up to a year prior to your wedding during which we’ll help with your full day-of timeline, vendor recommendations, layout, bar package and walk you through a full design process. We’ve got your full setup and teardown included and will help coordinate every step of your ceremony and reception.
Dedicated Ceremony + Reception Spaces
We have enough space, tables and chairs to have your entire events set up hours before your wedding ceremony begins with no need to flip the space before your reception. That means your event is less of a production and more of a party, and the only thing you need to focus on is your people
Modern Dinnerware Collection
All wedding packages include your choice of dinnerware from our curated collection which elevates your table design at no extra cost. This saves $7-$12/head on your wedding budget, but more importantly means you have one less thing to worry about.
Plants. And More Plants.
Our spaces are literally filled with plants, plus we have an additional tall and large potted plants dedicated to your ceremony that can be adjusted as needed around your bridal party. You are welcome to bring your own decor … but you certainly don’t have to.
Linens
We’ve curated a collection of hundreds of linens with samples available in our showroom so we can help with your reception design during your planning. Linens are the least expensive way to transform space and we make it easier with our in-house collection.
